About the role;

• Full-time 9am-5pm
• Monday-Friday
• Afterhours support where required

Responsibilities will be;

• Helpdesk Support
• Onsite Support
• General IT Support
• Phone Support

Recommended but not required;

• Valid Driver’s License
• Proven ability to problem solve and diagnose
• Experience with Windows/Mac/Linux OS
• Great phone manner
• Excellent verbal manner
• Multi-tasking ability.
